I got a program called GIMP, and I'm trying it out. This is just a practice as my first time using it.

I also got that program (GIMP) quite long ago but I don't really know how to use it. >.> I just know some basics here and there. For his hair and eyes you used smudge tool right? Or not...?

Yeah I did. ^_^ I used smudge and Blend. I thought it would do a magnificent hair effect.

The hair did turned out great!! But for the eyes/shadow, not so, as the colour is uneven.
